Our time in Egypt was wonderful. Your guide Mina was amazing. He could not have been more helpful, and he made the
trip unforgetable. His knowledge was great as we expected, but his attitude was so good. He was flexible with any
requests we had and his explanations were incredibly helpful. Also he took a real joy in showing us the various
sites – that enthusiasm made our enjoyment even more. I have to add that his English was impeccible. Really, I
cannot imagine how Mina could have provided a better service.
I was surprised and impressed that the price included a guide and a driver. It was really helpful that the car was
ready whenever we were able to move onto our next activity. We booked each day’s activities to start at 8am and
Mina and Hosni (our driver) were ready each day by 7:45.
The airport pickups were also as good as I could imagine. Everything was on time and your staff were welcoming. The
vehicle was more than big enough for all our baggage too.
The booking process was very good. I had a lot of questions and you answered them all well. The itineraries that
you organised were ideal for what we wanted.
I would be more than happy to use your company again, and would definitely request Mina in the future. I’m more
than happy to recommend you to anyone.
